The International Coffee and Tea Festival returned to the Detroit Institute of Arts for another year to display its Bittersweet Exhibition.

The two-day festival ran Jan. 21 and 22 and featured the DIA's auxiliary group, Friends of Asian Art and Cultures.

The festival included coffee and tea traditions of Arabic, Japanese, Indian and Chinese cultures along with demonstrations, tastings, music, dance and art.
