On August 16, the Wayfinding Skatepark opened up in downtown Detroit. The skatepark, located on Farmer and Monroe near Campus Martius, was designed by legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk and visual artist Ryan McGinness. The park is an art installation coming from Detroit's own Library Street Collective.

The park is open and free to the public of all ages.
