Thousands of Detroiters packed the streets around Comerica Park on May 13 to participate in the Susan G. Komen Race For the Cure. The race has been held annually for the last 26 years and featured a new route this year that began at Comerica Park, headed towards Eastern Market, followed the Dequindre Cut, and came back around Ford Field. Wayne State featured several teams, including the C&IT department and the Division of Research, among others.
